Conrad Hotels & Resorts has announced the first Conrad branded property in the Philippines. The Conrad Manila is owned by SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, a subsidiary of SM Investment Corporation but will be managed by Hilton Worldwide. It sits two-level atop, S Maison, a high-end retail complex and is adjacent to both the SM Mall of Asia and the Mall of Asia Arena. It also has has direct walkways to the SMX Convention Center, Philippines’s largest convention space.
The 347-room Conrad Manila is a gigantic structure with the sleeky shape of a sailing cruise ship and offers an amazing view of the sea—on all its floors. Rooms in the new luxury hotel have Wi-Fi and wired Internet access and are specially designed intuitive technology; the air conditioners switch from energy-saving mode to cool when it detects human motion while the curtains opens automatically to match the time of the day.

The hotel has a coral-shaped infinity swimming pool, 24-hour fitness centre and spa with six treatment rooms with soaking tubs, a private sauna, and steam facilities. Guests can fill their appetite and craving at the six restaurants and lounges including a coffee bar, pool bar and in dining. For meeting and events, there are two contemporary event halls and two ballrooms spanning more than 4,000 square meters.
