JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Hotel Opens in Vietnam

JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, has announced the opening of the JW Marriott Phu Quoc, Emerald Bay in Vietnam. It is the brand’s second hotel in the country, and joins a portfolio of more than 80 JW Marriott hotels across 25 countries.

Located on Vietnam’s largest island of Phu Quoc, a hidden paradise off the southern coast of Vietnam, the JW Marriott Phu Quoc, Emerald Bay Hotel, is designed by award-winning interior designer Bill Bensley, and offers 244 guestrooms, suites and villas for an idyllic island retreat.

The hotel offers five distinct restaurants and bars – Tempus Fugit, French & Co, Red Rum, Pink Pearl and Department of Chemistry, ensuring guests have a wealth of world-class dining options. Rue de Lamarck, located within the resort, features artisanal boutiques and cafés for guests and locals to enjoy.

Spa by JW is another concept created by the brand to demystify and reimagine the spa experience with treatments based on four benefit states. Each of the spa’s eight treatment rooms is equipped with a private rainforest shower, steam room, sauna, and treatment area.

JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay also has a 1,100 sqm of indoor or outdoor meeting space including a 715 square-metre Grand Ballroom, a private beach and three outdoor pools. Daily activities on offer include Vietnamese martial arts, lantern making, cooking classes, yoga, island excursions and boot camp.
